Established in 1988, MCC International is a creative, proactive and proven PR and Communications agency.

The agency promotes high and emerging technology and science companies, as well as professional service organisations - from entrepreneur start-ups and spin-offs to global consumer brands.

We are a dedicated team that combines sharp journalistic skills with an acute appreciation of PR in the wider context of sales and marketing and are well known for our "sleeves rolled up, getting stuck in" approach to delivering valuable column inches and significant return on investment.

Our home is Southampton University Science Park, alongside some of the South's leading technology and science companies. The Agency is at the forefront of setting the IT and science agenda, breaking stories to broadcasters, national, trade, digital and social media. We provide compelling and incisive comment and position our clients as leading players in their target markets.

Managing Director
Technology PR specialist with over 20 years’ experience. Enjoys meeting new clients and working together to deliver results that impact on the business.

Enjoys dog walking and live music.

Graham Thatcher

Agency Director
Working in technology PR for over 15 years but still gets a huge buzz from seeing a story being published. Actively involved in promoting the industry to the wider world and enjoys good coffee, cooking and kayaking.

Alison Garvey

Account Director
Experienced in managing teams and projects Alison has worked on many of the Agency's clients, planning and executing successful pan-European PR and marketing communications campaigns, working with partner agencies in Europe and Asia Pacific.

When not spending time with her family Alison can be found in the spa.

Stuart Tarrant

Account Director
Ex-journalist and magazine editor with a penchant for drafting customer wins and case studies. Loves getting clients and journalists together over lunch.

Music lover, skier and long suffering AFC Bournemouth supporter.

Simon Hewitt

Account Manager
Ex-journalist and keen writer who loves to produce high quality copy, from case studies and press releases to opinion pieces and chatty editorial.

Currently learning to pilot a glider loves cars and travel, shares his home with five dogs.

Alexandra Kenchington

Senior Account Executive
A PR Expert who is skilled at pitching articles and news to journalists. She relishes the challenge of writing press releases and copy on new innovative technology, such as Nano-technology.

A lover of travelling, with a deep interest in medicine. Alexandra also has a Chihuahua called Tequila.

Mark Simons

Front End Developer & ExpressionEngine guru
Since graduating from Portsmouth Uni with a Ba Hons he has gained nearly 10 years of industry standard front end development and design experience. Clearly the whizzkid of the company he can normally be found churning out HTML and CSS well into the night.

Other than being the better looking one of the bunch he loves to be travelling the world, outside or at the gym!

Neil Greenslade

Having studied Graphic Design at University Neil has gained over 10 years’ experience in the industry. He has a great eye for detail and prides himself on his creativity.

When not sat in front of his trusty Mac, Neil likes playing cricket and drinking unusual ales..

Gayle Sparks

Finance
Gayle is the newest recruit to MCC and works as our book keeper. Always on the ball, Gayle manages MCC’s many finances and navigates the vast and trepid Sage software.

When not working at MCC she freelances as a book keeper and enjoys shopping for shoes and long country walks.
