EMEA Press Blitz for ‘Internet   Trust’ Concept

When US software company Factpoint approached MCC it needed its new concept of ‘trusted internet content’ taken to the masses across the UK, Germany and France. MCC staged a major press tour, supported by press releases and feature abstracts. Within several weeks, Factpoint had enjoyed eight face-to-face interviews in the UK alone. Eight press releases had gone out around Europe, and several full-page articles on ‘trusted content’, by-lined to a Factpoint employees, had been published in leading intranet/extranet publications.

“MCC launched the company and products and I have been very pleased with the results,” commented Wolfgang Staehle, VP Marketing. “MCC International also co-ordinated press launch activities in Germany and France. In addition to this, MCC defined and promoted a brand new market area, which hitherto had not been covered in the UK press. This is a market space which Silicon.com, (UK's leading IT-focused web TV station), later termed as ‘Web content management’ in one of the articles MCC generated.”
